Google Nest Halloween
2020 might have been a terrible year, but people insisted that Halloween was NOT going to be cancelled — they just didn’t exactly know how to celebrate. We brought on a team of Google Nest Monsters to help provide some socially distant inspiration on how to have a spooky and fun #HalloweenAtHome.
Our campaign featured 3 hero spots that featured our Monster Crew on a Google Meets call, brainstorming ways that they could still scare people from home. After all, monsters gotta monst. Each spot was followed by short-form educational content that featured our monsters speaking directly to camera and showing people how to use their Google Nest products in new, spooky ways.
These were designed to be posted throughout the month of October to inspire people leading up to Halloween. The Google Meets calls served as hero posts and the short-form content was posted in replies or threads, following up the fun with helpful and actionable tips.
